Return & Refund Policy

At Fefdy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is not as described on the website
  • The quality is not satisfactory

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.

Please keep the books in their original packaging until you have checked them, and for damaged or wrong items, keep a photo of the parcel and its contents — it helps us approve your request faster.

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to Your Orders and find the order you want to return.
  2. Click Request return and select a reason for your return.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 working days.
  4. Once approved, we book a courier pickup from your delivery address and share the tracking number by email and on your orders page. If doorstep pickup is not available at your pincode, we will send you instructions to ship the books back.

Refund Process

Your refund is started once the returned books reach us and pass a quick inspection. It goes back to your original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and usually appears within 5–7 working days of being started, depending on your bank.

  • Refunds are issued for the full order amount, including any shipping charges.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not yet been collected by the courier. To cancel, go to Your Orders and click Cancel order. The refund is started automatically.

Once your order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Books that have been written in, marked, or visibly used
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
